The University Association for Lifelong Learning (UALL) UK is pleased to announce the Second Call for Submissions to its upcoming Annual Conference 2020, hosted by the University of Liverpool. The theme of the Conference is Diversity, identity and inclusion in Lifelong Learning: Shaping a 2020 vision for mature students.

The 7th Higher Education in the World Report "Humanities and Higher Education: Synergies between Science, Technology and Humanities" is out!

The new GUNi World Report was presented on December 10th 2019 in an open event at CaixaForum Barcelona. It analyses the role of humanities in higher education and their interrelations with science and technology.

The Report is structured around 24 key questions and it includes contributions from 130 authors from around the world. An abridged version of the Report is featured below, with the full version available for download.

The American Milchen Centre for the Future of ageing has produced the attached report on “Age-Forward Cities for 2030.. PASCAL developed contact with the Milchen Centre in distributing the PASCAL/PIMA SIG report on Good Active Ageing in America.

ALADIN Online Alert 30

The ALADIN Online Alert is a joint ALADIN initiative, produced bimonthly by the UIL Library and CDÉACF, with input from additional ALADIN members from all over the world. Its goal is to share recent online and full-text information and documents in the area of adult and lifelong learning.

Philippine Normal University Conducts 4th Youth Camp

The Community Partnership and Extension Office (CPEO) of the Philippine Normal University (PNU) alongside the Extension and Community Educators and Leaders (ExCEL) Society conducted its fourth Youth Camp last October 29 to 31, 2019 at Nasugbu, Batangas with the theme GEN IV: Inspired Vanguards, Intelligent Viewers, Innovative Volunteers.
