Carsten HAURUM
Chief Executive Officer, Culture and Leisure Administration, City of Copenhagen In his capacity as CEO of the Culture and Leisure Administration, Carsten has admininstrative responsibility over 2,000 employees and oversees a budget of about S$290 million. Carsten started his career as a consultant for the NGO, The Danish Youth Council. He had served as CEO of the Danish Foundation for Culture and Sports Facilities, and on the board of Directors for Arena CPHX A/S. Interestingly, Carsten also represented Denmark in handball at the 1980 and 1984 Olympic Games, as well as in the 1982 World Cup.
