Budd shares the UNESCO Chair in Community-Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education with Dr. Rajesh Tandon of PRIA in New Delhi, India.  He is also a Professor of Community Development, an Associate in the Centre for Global Studies and a Senior Association with the Institute for Study and Innovation in Community University Engagement at the University of Victoria.
