Knowledge Democracy in Higher Education - a five part learning programme
Knowledge Democracy in Higher Education is a five-part learning series focused on understanding the principles of community-university engagement, community-based participatory research, building equitable partnerships, integrating the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), and transforming higher education.
This online program combines asynchronous and synchronous learning led by the UNESCO Chairs and invited experts, and is offered by the UNESCO Chair in Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education based at the University of Victoria (UVic) and the Society for Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA) from February to May 2025. We are delighted that amongst others the programme is being supported by the PASCAL Observatory. More details are attached.
