We are very pleased to make available a speech made by, Bailie Annette Christie, City Convener Culture, Sport & International Relations at the City of Glasgow on Europe Day, 8 May 2024.

Annette provides an overview of the very many links that Glasgow has within Europe, and of course amongst other things, notes the longstanding commitment that the city has had to being a learning city that formally dates back to 1999.
