Romuald Normand is Associate Professor at the French Institute of Education (Ecole Normale Supérieure, Lyon, France, [email protected]). He is expert/consultant for the French ministry of education. He has developed research on European policies (VET, Lifelong guidance, Higher Education), school accountability and management. From 2006 to 2010, he was member of the European Network of Social Scientists in Education and Training.
