UALL 2016 Annual Conference, Oxford - Programme including Workshop Seminars

I’m pleased to bring you up to date with the preparations and arrangements for our Annual Conference.  The Annual Conference is the high point of the UALL year, and we are pleased that our 2016 Conference will be held at the University of Oxford between Wednesday, 16 and Friday, 18 March.
We have received a very good response indeed to the Call for Papers.  The theme of: The engaged university as a public good is arousing much interest – and I’m pleased to attach the updated outline Conference Programme, which includes the workshop sessions.

The Conference is being held at Rewley House, University of Oxford; the event will start with an informal dinner on Wednesday evening, 16 March, followed by two days Conference and it will close at lunchtime on Friday, 18 March.  The Drinks Reception, Conference Dinner and the presentation of the UALL 2016 Awards will take place in the Dining Hall, Trinity College on the Thursday evening.

The keynote speakers are:

Peter Horrocks CBE, Vice Chancellor, The Open University

Professor David Schejbal, Dean of Continuing Education, Outreach and E-Learning, University of Wisconsin, President UPCEA (University Professional and Continuing Education Association), USA

The registration form is featured below and attached – please return your form to Helen Trevisani at: [email protected].  Further details are available on the UALL website.

I very much look forward to seeing you in Oxford in March.

Of course, if you would like any further information, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

With best wishes,

Lucy
