We at the UNESCO Club of Lucca were very pleased to welcome Professor Michael Osborne, Director of the PASCAL Observatory, based at the University of Glasgow, to present the Lectio Magistralis on the occasion of the Celebration of the International Day of Education 2021 on January 25 2021 by the Learning City of Lucca.
