We are pleased to share the CityNet Annual Report 2018, featured below and attached. This Annual Report 2018 gives yearly update into CityNet’s activities, programmes, and projects. Last year was particularly special as, throughout the year, we synergised by working together across four clusters and six national chapters to better respond to our common urban challenges and to strategically plan our direction.

Through the numerous meetings and workshops, we were able to foster exchange of good practices and deepen the engagements ensuring how we can be better equipped to respond to our city’s needs.

One highlight that was emphasised during the 37^th Executive Committee Meeting and Seminar held in Da Nang last November is how we can bridge the investment gap in promoting sustainable urbanisation, particularly as there is an intensifying demand for improved urban services from growing city populations.

We will continue to envision our critical role of contributing to global agendas on urban issues and we look forward to a progressive future together with all members of CityNet. Again, we would like to express our thanks to all our members and partners who have been unwavering in their support and active participation throughout 2018.
