EAN 2019 Annual Conference Drivers for change: policy and practice 28-30 October 2019 - Ghent - Belgium Call for papers The general theme of this year Drivers for change: policy and practices consists of three tracks. In order to encourage better policy making and to improve best practices, we invite policy makers, researches, experts and practitioners to share ideas and connect with eachother during the conference.
