The XIII Biennial international Transformative Learning Conference will be held at Teachers College, Columbia University, on November 7 - 10, 2018. The theme, "Building Transformative Community: Enacting Possibility in Today's Times," resonates with the work being done in the Learning Cities movement, linking lifelong learning, sustainable development, and social transformation. The call for proposals is attached here, but please stay tuned for more information about a Pre-Conference Session on November 7, 2018, focused specifically on the connections between Learning Cities and Transformative Learning. We are currently developing a call for papers for this session.
