Key themes:
I am interested in the relationship between local community, and then the reciprocal passage of information across community, organisational and governance scale boundaries from local to global needed to facilitate adaptative responses to environmental and other contemporary challenges.
Preferred methodologies:
My intellectual and organisational role tends to be as an integrator of ideas and people. In particular having had a PhD in theoretical physics followed by some 40 years of working across the boundaries between science and society I can play a positive role in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary projects around themes of interest.
