We are pleased that PASCAL Director Professor Michael Osborne was a contributor to the recent Asia Europe Meeting Rectors' conference (ARC5) in Prague, Employability: Asia and Europe Prepare the New Generation. The final sets of policy recommendations for the Students’ Forum and the Rectors’ Conference are now published on the ASEF website and are featured below and attached.

ASEF will channel these recommendations to the ASEM Education Ministers through their contacts in the relevant Ministries. They will also closely cooperate with Korean colleagues on how the Policy Recommendations can be presented and discussed at ASEM ME6 and possibly integrated into the official outcome document of the Ministerial Meeting. 

The ARC5 team has already started with the follow-up tasks and activities of the Conference, including their participation in the ASEM Education Intermediate Senior Officials' Meeting (ASEMME6 ISOM) in Moscow and the preparations of the 6^th ASEM Education Ministerial Meeting (ASEM ME6) in 2017 in Korea, several ARC5 spin-off events.
