Wider Benefits of Seniors' Learning

A PASCAL Associate, Denise Reghenzani-Kearns, has written on the "Wider Benefits of Seniors' Learning" to address some of the policy and practice issues in implementing an age-friendly society that is inclusive in valuing and understanding the need to continue learning in later life. 

The chapter references international studies and two PASCAL "Seniors as Lifelong Learners" workshops to propose that learning helps retain confidence, good health, active minds, sociability, empowerment and engagement.  Please discuss this further with [email protected].  The chapter is referenced:
