Judith James, co-ordinator of PASCAL’s Learning Cities Networks (LCN), Reimagining Economic Futures, and Michael Osborne, Director of PASCAL in Europe, were delighted to be able to present in the third of a series of four workshops organised by Friuli Venezia Giulia region concerning learning regions and cities on Monday 26 April 2021.

Festivals are becoming an established way in which people in cities and local communities can engage in and celebrate new ways of learning.  They are said to have a positive effect on an individual’s well-being and having wider benefits for communities and society.
